Job Description: We are looking for a curious program manager who can influence and drive strong ownership, focusing on reducing customer effort by deeply understanding customer needs and creatively solving problems. You will earn the trust of our IT, Business, and programteams to deliver an inspiring vision and help build processes and prioritization mechanisms for the Consumer and Marketplace domain to ensure we are growing in a high performing and optimized way. Job Responsibilities: Deliver frictionless customer capabilities leveraging cutting edge technologies in the eCommerce and Personalization domains. Work with multiple Businesses and Engineering teams at NIKE to help create work-class consumer experiences, as well as to understand the needs of the program, develop and execute a program communications plan, utilize program collaboration tools and manage the delivery of key technology solutions into market. Work closely to coordinate with other Technology teams on dependencies across the portfolio. Co-create and help develop product dashboards, portfolio reporting and analysis activities. Lead programs and will be responsible for the end-to-end timely, on budget technology execution of the program, actively engaging key business and technology portfolio partners to ensure opportunities, risks and issues are understood and addressed. Job Requirements: Excellent facilitation skills Bachelor’s degree or Master’s (preferred) or equivalent experience. Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment Formal training in project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications Experience running and executing multi-million-dollar budgets(>5M)across multiple technology platforms and business areas Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly connect with business stakeholders, and Technology teams 3+ years of ecommerce experience, including previous experience delivering programs omnichannel retail, Consumer BOT mitigation, SEO, Mobile Commerce, Fraud prevention solutions and/or mobile products. 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience; self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive.
