Job Responsibilities: You will forecast, and read & react to business performance and stock levels to determine replenishment quantities in support of on hand needs balancing a variety of factors such as store capacity targets. You will lead the effort to manage inventory in-season, highlighting risk and making cancel recommendations. You will build and maintain size curves to ensure the sizes on hand reflect our consumer demand and are protected. You will determine ideal inventory on hand quantities by store/service hub for each style/color, in accordance with the business plans. Drive functional expertise in Allocation Planning by collaborating with technology, process, and other Allocation Planning team mates to improve how we work You will know the most important styles and stores and prioritize them accordingly. You will assess our overall inventory health throughout Nike’s value chain by utilizing reports and analysis to support decisions that maximize sales, inventory turn and profitability. You will use fact based logic to influence Merchandising buying decisions.
