Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Fixed Asset register and running depreciation monthly.
- Managing Accounts Receivable.
- Responsible for preparation, reporting and reconciliations of sales and cost accruals.
- Assisting with the payroll process and liaising with appropriate agencies. Reconciliation and entry into the General Ledger ensuring appropriate allocation across projects.
- Provide financial support and advice to all Dutch companies within the Petrofac Group.
- Assist with the management of Debtors.
- Vendor and contract management.
- Completion of monthly KPI schedules on FCCS.
- Responsible for accurate tax treatment of all financial transactions.
- Responsible for the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring they reconcile back to the projects ledger and posting all necessary journals to correctly categorise results and amend any reconciliation issues.
- Managing Accounts Payable.
- Responsible for preparation of supplementary disclosures to group in line with reporting deadlines.
- Managing intercompany balances, reconciling and matching with group counterparties.
- Assist with quarterly VAT Return.
- Completion of balance sheet reconciliations as assigned, and any issues identified to be dealt with in a timely manner.
- Managing the use of credit cards.
- Assist auditors at half year and full year end.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in a finance role.
- Work Experience will also be considered.
- Part or recently qualified is preferable.
- ERP experience essential, with knowledge of FCCS, Hyperion, or other group reporting solutions being preferred.
- Industry experience required.
