This will include the planning and execution of all global brand activation programs in the region, including regular engagement with stakeholders and businesses, customer experience, reputation management, M&A advisory, and brand activation through facility experience. This role also supports the governance of the SABIC Master Brand and all SABIC product brands in the region, including management of all associated brand assets and intellectual property. Job Responsibilities: Drive brand-led customer experience journey workshops with businesses and functions to truly deliver an enhanced and distinctive experience. Ensure alignment of all globally defined content, messaging and design across all communication channels. Serve as regional lead to ensure brand compliance and trademark/brand protection worldwide to ensure all brand assets are secure and protected. Drive the execution of all global brand and brand culture learning in the region. Support the development of SABIC programs to reinforce brand among regional employees. Support the planning and execution of periodic brand reputation measurement and tracking system to measure the ROI, financial value and reputational value of SABIC brand from a regional perspective. Execute SABIC brand positioning and embed brand elements in the region, including in special programs such as “Employer of Choice. Engage with regional leadership, businesses and functions in the region on all brand-related topics, driving common understanding of the brand promise and key messages. Protect the SABIC Brand and all SABIC product brands in the regions, including all associated brand assets and intellectual property. Contribute to the development and execution of SABIC brand strategy, positioning, brand architecture, image, identity and design, and content messaging platforms across the organization. Maintain all SABIC brand platforms relevant to the region including SABIC Brand Space and all related tools within it.
