Job Description Reporting to the OFFShore Plant Technical Management Manager, you will be working on a project where you will oversee and coordinate the technical design activities of one or more systems / part of a structure in accordance with the requirements of the contract and the project objectives. You will ensure for your activities, that the objectives of the project relating to quality, cost and planning are achieved by coordinating the engineering disciplines required within the project. You will report to the Technical Manager on business and interface with other functions on the project (purchase, construction, transport & installation) Job Responsibilities Participate in contract management by providing technical support for change requests and change orders, Assists the Technical Manager in controlling material quantities and engineering hours during the project run in order to anticipate variations and propose mitigation measures, Contributes to reporting activities on the project as well as monitoring the closure of engineering activities and their transfer at the end of the project Oversees the start up and execution of the 3D model activities as well as the coordination of the reviews with the customer and the follow-up of the closure of the raised 3D model points, Participation in design reviews, buildability Technical Manager support in setting up the engineering tools necessary for the project set-up, Technical Manager support ensuring coordination between different disciplines to find optimized, integrated and competitive solutions for specific systems, in accordance with contractual constraints and taking into account construction constraints and planning Assists the project / Technical Manager vis-à-vis the client, partners, sellers, for all subjects under his responsibility. Ensuring for the defined system (s) the timely completion of all engineering activities related to the procurement of equipment and materials for construction Coordinate / supervise multidisciplinary engineering activities for a system / part of a work carried out by external engineering centers at SAIPEM and / or other engineering companies involved in the project, Ensure for the defined system (s) the output of engineering deliverables adapted to the structure, both in terms of design and optimization, and taking into account the results of the reviews (HAZOP , HAZID, 3D model, ..), the constraints of cost and planning as well as quality.
