Job Responsibilities: Oversee completion of daily opening and closing procedures Respond to guest and team member needs Report to Supervisors and Managers regarding the status of projects Utilize problem solving skills to ensure positive guest resolutions as needed Ensure compliance to all state/federal regulations, park policies, and department procedures Perform other duties as assigned Oversee assigned operating area Ensure a safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals Ensure strict adherence to all cash handling procedures Responsible for overseeing and completing opening and closing procedures Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the park, conduct quality inspections of assigned areas, and follow up on any opportunities to improve Responsible for the development of OJT’s and team members by providing training, feedback and coaching. Create and maintain unit’s team rotation grid Job Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to remain calm and professional during challenging situations Must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds Must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications Must be able to be trained and certified at all attractions (Rides and Shows) Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to bend and stoop to assist in cleaning the park Must be able to climb stairs and/or walk in sand Must be at least 18 years old Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups of guests and team members Must be able to complete provided CPR/AED training/certification Job Details: Company: Seaworld Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Orlando, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
