Job Description: The I/E Technician position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Troubleshoot, repair, install, and calibrate, pneumatic, electronic and HART protocol flow, pressure, level, and temperature field instrumentation Basic understanding of control valves and positioners to troubleshoot control loops Job Responsibilities: Basic understanding of control valves and positioners to troubleshoot control loops Must have a basic understanding of Honeywell DCS systems to troubleshoot control systems Must have a basic understanding of PLC hardware and ladder logic to troubleshoot systems Troubleshoot and maintain 480-volt motor control systems Follow NFPA 70E safe work practices and the NEC while working on electrical systems Be willing to train other personnel in any instrument/electrical functions Job Requirements: Must be able to speak, read and write English proficiently Must be at least 18 years’ old Willing to work outside in inclement weather with or without accommodation Willing to respond to emergencies as part of the Emergency Response Team with or without accommodation Willing to be on call and meet callout standards to respond to site responsibilities and emergencies Possess a current, valid license to operate a motor vehicle in the United States Job Details: Company: Shell Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Beaumont, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
