Job Responsibilities: Utilize scheduling optimization practices by bundling work using VA SAS reporting, Scope Mapping Tool, FIM, circuit maps, etc. and making the decision of what work is related. Maintain calendars, tracking, reviewing, scheduling, and closing for short cycle work adhering to 5-day completion process for various crews and departments. Tracking, monitoring and completion of work in Click Schedule, SAP and/or designated calendars to meet customer commitment dates while ensuring that only the required documentation is in the package. Providing performance trend analysis on E1 P1 & E1 P2 validating that the work performed in the field explicitly matches the problem statement on the repair order or workorders. Converting trends into impactful tasks, direct communication and mentoring across departments including Planning, Operations, Joint Pole and Regional scheduling to improve performance in cost savings and compliance. Research, analysis and reporting on Wildfire Mitigation Notifications, Cancel/Reschedule Outages, Abnormal Circuits, Deteriorated & 150-day poles, DPM, Wire Down tracker, Contractor Response Data Tool, Buddy Pole Database (NJUNS), and Quality Control inspections. Job Requirements: Ability to capture data and information in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SCE specific programs: Click Schedule, OMS, and Design Manager (DM). Experience with Power BI, SAS, Python, and R. Associate degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data Science or Computer Science. Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills. Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
