Job Description Research and provide recommendations for network performance, stability, availability and cost efficiency with the objective of yielding improved competitive business advantages. Job Responsibilities Be responsible for the technical and behavioral training needs of the team and encouraging knowledge sharing sessions. Monitor team performance i.e. adherence to SLA, process adherence, productivity etc. Participate in the technical review meetings with client. Be responsible for internal technical and quality review of the projects along with team lead. Be responsible for generating and analyzing the performance reports i.e. workload reports, SLA attainment report, productivity reports, weekly review reports, monthly review reports and other performance reports Be responsible for addressing technical and process related queries of the team. Participate in the recruitment process and training of new resources. Be responsible for goal settings, appraisal, and attendance and leave management of the team.
