Job Description: Tesla is seeking a Fraud Analyst for the Supplier Master Team within Tesla to assist in project automation and implementations. As part of our team, you will be responsible to identify all entry points for fraudulent transactions into the company environment, analyzing the extent of the fraud, and recommending prevention/remediation efforts. You will analyze and review a broad range of supplier data, including documents, transactions, and payments to uncover potentially fraudulent activity. You must be familiar with data analysis techniques, software, and processes, and you should possess the creative problem-solving abilities necessary to suggest new methods of real-time analysis and prevention. You will work closely with business leaders from global teams such as Supplier Master, InfoSec, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and more. Job Responsibilities: Analyzes several aspects of account history, to include payment and transaction history Own fraud analytics, data oversight and reporting, including event response Communicate with suppliers and other internal stakeholders through various communication methods as needed to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent activity Assist with the implementation of new processes and software solutions Collate data and produce reports for senior managers and stakeholders Recognize patterns of fraud and suggest new methods of detection, mitigation, and prevention Participate in change management by educating business users of system and process changes Collect and analyze large volumes of Supplier Master and Procure-to-Pay data for potential fraud Maintains accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation Job Requirements: Extremely organized, proficient, strong attention to detail BA/BS degree in Business/Operations/Management Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, written and oral communication skills Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Visio, Confluence and Jira required; Tableau preferred Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside the box for solutions to complex challenges 2+ years fraud analyst experience in an operational environment Able to work on multiple scenarios simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand despite changes in work scope or focus High energy, results oriented, dependable individual who will enjoy the challenge of a rapidly evolving global organization Job Details: Company: Tesla Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Draper, UT, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
