Job Description: At Total Petrochemicals & Refining USA, based in Houston, Texas, your role will be to provide general support for HR management on a daily basis, as well as to participate in specific projects. Job Responsibilities: Assist in comparing external HR practices, research and propose improvements to current policies to maintain a competitive position in the market, focusing on both talent attraction and talent retention. Provide assistance for the development of reporting if necessary. Assist in developing the policy of the TPRI branch sites. Participate in other ongoing projects. Provide support for Absence Management (Short Term Disabilities, Family & Medical Leave Act, Parental Leave) Monitor regulatory changes that may impact our business or HR policy. Administer the process of integrating new employees and service providers, including by welcoming new service providers. Provide support for compliance obligations, such as requirements for posting job offers. Collect and analyze data such as turnover. Provide support to the career development team when needed.
