Job Description: Reporting to the Principal Executive Recruiter, Twitch is looking for a new Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As part of our recruiting team, you're charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a diversity of thoughts to all they do. Twitch's Executive Recruiters are trusted talent advisors to leadership, you will develop search strategies and lead engagements to position Twitch for success today and into the future. The Executive Recruiter will own and execute executive level (Director and above) searches. We're looking for someone who is excited to help build a foundation for recruiting leadership talent to Twitch, setting up best practices for scale. The Executive Recruiting team is responsible for hiring leadership across every business function at Twitch. These roles require high touch, high level of service to not only our teams but also for every candidate that the team engages. You will play an important role in the growth engine, enabling our teams to hire world-class talent and partnering with leaders across the company. You are creative and motivated, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Job Responsibilities: Develop search strategies for a diverse range of leadership roles, collaborate with senior hiring managers to develop assessment criteria, recruitment strategy and targeted messaging. Build trust with active and passive candidates, with a focus on delivering a high-touch candidate experience. Lead the execution of executive searches, providing outstanding customer partnership, domain talent expertise and subject matter expertise in the process. Interview and assess senior-level talent, providing a value-added view to executive hiring managers while diving deep on candidate motivations and interest. Manage an end-to-end inclusive search, including identifying and assessing quality talent, engaging with candidates, driving their experience and partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders . Job Requirements: Comfortable interacting with and communicating with executives, both external candidates and internal stakeholders . A passion and a demonstrable track record of hiring diverse talent. Has the intellectual curiosity , problem-solving capability and desire to build the leadership at Twitch. 5+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation in a complex and competitive market. Prior experience within an executive search firm or within an in-house executive search function. This should include full-cycle research (identification), sourcing (outbound engagement), assessment, and client management. Ability to balance and manage multiple recruitment processes independently and manage stakeholder expectations. Qualification & Experience: Prior experience within an executive search firm or within an in-house executive search function. Ability to recruit high-touch candidates , preferably in the technology industry. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including Greenhouse and Workday. BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience . Familiarity with Twitch community and understanding of real-time video streaming.
