Job Description: Uber Direct is changing the way delivery is done around the world by allowing brands to leverage Uber’s fleet to offer same day delivery to their customers through their existing websites or apps. We have developed Partnerships with Merchants across a variety of retail verticals including Grocery, Convenience, Pharmacy, Apparel, Electronics and many more. All this to say, we are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our growing Canadian Account Management Team! Job Responsibilities: Own and manage a portfolio of top Merchant Partners; focusing on growing their business, improving their operations and making them advocates Setup and track account KPI targets (i.e. weekly, monthly, and quarterly) in a MBR, QBR context Work cross functionally with BD and Product to identify and drive opportunities for growth and assist with expansions, rollouts, and new partner initiatives Travel up to 20% per quarter surrounding recurring Business Reviews / Partner syncs as needed Act as the partner's point of contact handling cross functional improvements, product features, inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing solutions in a timely manner Collaborate with Uber Direct leadership to set organizational strategy and build and operationalize critical business processes Job Requirements: A growth oriented outlook and relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Strong use of insights and confidence around data-centric decision making Resourcefulness, creativity and an unwavering customer focus Previous experience working with platform partners to drive onboardings and growth Strong attention to detail and analytical; with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrable track record of relationship-based sales or account management-related success Consistent achievement of business-critical metrics, revenue targets, and company goals Excellent organization, project management and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations as well as being able to effectively champion customer needs and cultivate relationships Job Details: Company: Uber Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
