Job Description:

Technical Operations includes the maintenance, and overhaul of our aircraft. This includes aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, supply chain teams and more

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for partnering with the Manager and Supervisors of the shops to support the operation and meet organizational goals
• Review and analysis to support supplier and product performance
• Analyze data and performance issues and implement appropriate corrective measures to meet goals
• Support forecast process as well as yearly budget and volume planning
• Ensure adherence with maintaining a courteous, caring and respectful work environment
• Provide analysis and input to weekly and monthly control towers
• Compilation and modeling for all cost parameters to support Avionics/Electrical organizational budgets and forecasts
• Provides subject matter expertise which will be used for informed decision making and process improvement
• Directly responsible to perform routine reporting for analysis and metrics of budget trends, volume impact and budgetary requirements to support the operation and
• contribute to month end closing and accrual process
• Utilize Continuous Improvement tools to identify process weakness and implement improvements to meet organizational objectives
• Participate and contribute in meetings involving key finance, process improvement and shop issues and communicate results to management
• Unit rate trend analysis
• Budget control monitoring

Job Requirements:

• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• BA/BS in Business or Finance
• Financial analyses and trending experience, visionary and problem solving skills, and the ability to multi-task and lead
• Project management skills and knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• 2-4 years Financial Analysis reporting responsibility
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
• Two years equivalent higher education
