Job Description: Develop end-to-end inflight crew service procedures to ensure that cabin crew are able to provide a consistently high level of customer care on board Job Responsibilities: Responsible to prepare all service related crew communications and disseminate to the crew on time for proper implementation on board Coordinate with Cabin Crew Training to disseminate updates in crew service procedures and carry out training for new products/services Responsible to regularly update the data capturing medium in relevance with existing products and processes Disseminating consolidated feedback for internal process review Inflight audits Collaborate with various stakeholders to prepare and ensure the timely maintenance of the cabin crew manual Responsible for end to end development and distribution of Inflight announcements including collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure correct and approved text is announced on board Responsible to regularly monitor data shared through Voyage Reports or through any other medium by Cabin crew to ensure necessary escalation/review is done as appropriate Service and performance standards management To conduct service trials on board for proposed product and process changes to firm feasibility and effectiveness Investigate and analyze passenger and crew feedback To check on board process implementation Improve/change existing processes, if required, to achieve optimum customer satisfaction Provide inputs on inflight product and ensure standards are met Job Requirements: Extensive cabin crew operational experience, including preparation of procedure manual and documentation Qualification & Experience: Graduation from a recognized university with Strong IT skills including full suite of MS Office applications Minimum 7 years of airline (flying) experience including international experience with a full service airline Job Details: Company: Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
