In your role you will take inbound calls from customers on a broad range of everyday banking enquiries. You’ll leave a lasting impression on your customers by providing friendly, personal and efficient service. You are empathetic and, by walking in the customer’s shoes, you’ll ask the right questions to understand what they really need. You’ll do your very best to resolve all enquiries on the first call and you’ll achieve this by building and maintaining an extensive knowledge of our products and processes.
