Chapters Jobs – Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supporting Purchase Order (PO) creation and PO management, with the objective of ensuring PO integrity, on-time delivery and fulfillment expectations. This role is cross-functional, working closely with Merchants, Planning, Vendors, distribution and logistic partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify purchasing issues and removes roadblocks where possible
  • Work with vendors to acquire appropriate information required for timely delivery of product
  • Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience at Indigo considered an asset
  • Advanced level Excel skills required
  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced and agile organization
  • Ability to operate independently and be self-motivated with critical attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
