Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop DTC growth strategies for each brand and effectively communicate strategy and business impact to GMs and other business unit/studio leads for buy-in. Represent Growth priorities to Clorox DTC leadership and leaders outside of our org, clearly showing how marketing priorities align to business priorities and strategically drive our goals forward
  • Lead the acquisition marketing team and external agencies to test and scale above and below the line channels quickly and efficiently to build the brand and drive new customer growth
  • Oversee retention marketing team, leveraging email, SMS and on-site promotions to increase LTV through loyalty, repeat purchase and churn prevention programs
  • Lead, develop and inspire growth team members through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career planning conversations
  • Balance channel execution across objectives (prospecting/retargeting, new/returning) for paid, owned and earned to incorporate the brand through each touchpoint
  • Align Growth team priorities, goals, and deliverables with DTC’s overall strategic goals. Drive alignment with brand, creative, product, merch and R&D leads to build roadmaps and campaign plans that ensure consistent consumer experience that generates results
  • Design best in class measurement and attribution approach with data science/analytics, developing internal models and onboarding external partners as needed to optimize spend and creative across channels

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, iterate based on data, and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • No task too small mentality, willing to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Excellent data analysis skills: Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and pivot tables/Looker/Tableau
  • Deep knowledge of and expertise in martech tools, CDP/DMP experience preferred
  • Experience with A/B testing, optimization and multi-touch attribution platforms
  • Amazon and marketplace experience is a plus
  • Candidate will ideally be located in New York with flexibility for remote work
