Job Description:

Molding’s purpose is to supply the Fairfield Plant bleach packaging line with high quality, low cost bottles in a safe, efficient manner. The purpose of this position is to operate all Molding Department equipment and systems under all circumstances to achieve department objectives. Day-to-day general guidance is provided by the Production Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, Improvement and Maintenance work on all line equipment.
• Perform all quality checks and adjust processes to achieve department quality standards.
• Involvement in employee training Program.
• Equipment improvement projects and equipment installation.
• Order and inventory all supplies and parts as assigned.
• Training of other molding associates.
