Job Description:
To ensure proper controls and procedures are strictly adhered at all times according to bank’s policies & Procedures and other local regulations, and assist in maintaining departmental processes in proper and controlled manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices entries for all Branches / RO.
- Prepare entries for Branches Petty Cash Invoices
- Posting of daily transactions / entries.
- Prepare the payment instructions for all claimed payments.
- Prepare and posting accruals related to unpaid due invoices.
- Preparing statistics related to the sections.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in accounting, business administration or relevant discipline.
- Very good communications skills, very good PC skills and excellent command of English language.
