KPMG in Canada is undergoing significant growth and is looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Coordinator to help our Digital Practice on a variety of programs.As part of the KPMG National Marketing and Communications team, the Senior Coordinator provides support in the areas of internal and external communications, events, presentations, digital marketing, webcasting, market research and email marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in technology trends, has strong writing skills, is aware of B2B marketing practices and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write, review, edit and post a variety of communications including internal articles, news releases, web content, blog articles, social media posts, presentations and speeches
  • Support Marketing and Communications team members on a variety of programs and initiatives
  • Coordinate translation and distribution of communications materials
  • Assist in the production of marketing collateral, thought leadership toolkits, internal portals, webcasts, email campaigns, web content and social media campaigns with in-house creative and digital marketing teams
  • Support event management

Job Requirements:

  • Superior project management skills—MUST be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong social and digital media acumen
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Dedication and motivation to deliver high standards of client service
  • Ability to work independently and on a team

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of progressively senior experience in a marketing or communications role, agency experience is a bonus
  • Experience drafting pitches, media monitoring and creating targeted media lists
  • An innovative mindset with creative ideas – we love trying new approaches!
  • Highly efficient, detail-oriented, quick learner and self-starter who is eager to develop professionally
  • Strong understanding of various marketing approaches
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to tell stories across a variety of platforms and media
