Job Description:

Here is a unique opportunity to join our Marketing group.The group works in the areas of industry marketing, account and relationship management, partnership and sponsorship management, client experience, branding, communication and proposals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop presentations, brochures and other type of marketing materials
  • Assist in managing tickets and tables for various external events
  • Coordinate external partnership activations and assess feedback
  • Help build our internal network
  • Assist with marketing content and or all types of event coordination
  • Write various types of communications
  • Support the team by fulfilling requests from colleagues, professionals, existing or potential clients, etc.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

  • University degree in marketing communication
  • One to three years of relevant experience in a Marketing communication department
  • Professional services experience a definite asset
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) and good command of English (written and spoken)
