Job Description:

The Director of Acquisition Marketing is a tenured marketer looking for a challenge to drive LogMeIn to the next chapter of Marketing through building a team of demand creation program managers, and driving programs focused on acquisition of new SMB customers across eCommerce and touch sales channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand multi-channel approach and go-to-market motions across LogMeIn
  • Works with marketing leadership to develop a global demand creation program strategy that supports demand creation objectives for sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Drive campaign focused mentality through the Marketing organization
  • Standardizes program implementation across the Marketing organization
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and drive marketing excellence across the organization
  • Build and foster team of marketers with a focus on high performance and a culture of learning
  • Build and execute on global marketing plans to increase awareness of the brand, drive demand and optimize across sales channels
  • Collaborate with the paid media, brand and creative, and automation teams on demand creation programs, and ensure tactic mix and KPIs align
  • Align with the global marketing team to ensure a cohesive creation, execution and testing/optimization strategy exists to increase engagement and drive demand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to socialize and gain buy-in and support for plan
  • Analyze, report and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI and demand gen and sales effectiveness.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including; product marketing, partner enablement, customer success, sales, and partner teams to plan and drive programs in market
  • Set clear targets and objectives for marketing execution and delivery

Job Requirements:

  • Marketing experience with a SaaS company
  • Understanding of omni-channel sales approach across touch and eCommerce
  • Hands-on leader with experience recruiting and developing a team
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments
  • Self-motivated and doesn’t wait for prescriptive direction. Capable of working in a face-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
  • Superior communications skills, particularly with writing and visual story-telling (e.g., PPT).
