Job Responsibilities:

  • Supplying the highest possible levels of customer care and service whether in the public eye or in the back of house areas.
  • To assist the Sous Chef in the organization and control of all kitchen operations.
  • To be responsible for taking charge of any section of the kitchen and running it.
  • To assist in the training of Commis Chefs and Trainee Chefs.
  • To ensure that all monies are held in a proper manner, recorded and locked away in accordance with company standards

Job Requirements:

  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Good level of English essential
  • Pro-active and reliable
