As a Loyalty Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development, delivery and optimisation of the MYER one loyalty program and the value proposition provided to members. In addition, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with the wider team and key stakeholders, where you will be contributing to customer experience.
- Managing, developing, and enhancing key loyalty programs including (but not limited to) the MYER one app, website, in-store sign-up capability, communicated tier benefits, exclusive offers etc.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to increase the presence and integration of MYER one in-store, online, and across key marketing and digital channels
- Analysing, optimizing, and actioning key customer insights to drive optimization, the advancement of the program, and education across the business
- Coordinating key loyalty product projects and initiatives, ensuring these are delivered within required timeframes and budgets
- Intermediate computer technology and systems skills, particularly with customer relationship management programs
- A strategic thinker who can use their initiative, successfully collaborate and work well within dynamic team environments
- A confident professional with the ability to influence a team, leaders and key stakeholders
- Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and drive efficiency
