Drive Corporate sales performance through the implementation of a corporate sales strategy maximising revenue contribution to exceed revenue targets. Provides leadership on a strategic and commercial level for all Corporate Sales in the Japan. Strategically develops and delivers Corporate Sales Revenue targets in the Japan

Job Responsibilities

  • Full revenue accountability
  • Full management of operating budget
  • Developing a team strategy
  • Managing a sales team – of both managers and professionals
  • Structures and implements a Business and Marketing to plan to optimize revenue
  • Accountable for the formulation and implementation of Corporate Sales strategy to maximise both long and short term revenue opportunities, reduce cost of sale and generate channel shift where appropriate

Job Requirments

  • Have experience leading and developing a sales team
  • Have a track record of delivering revenue
  • Have a track record of implementing change
  • Need to demonstrate solid exposure to global account management processes and prior experience working with the corporate OR government segments of the airline/travel market, which includes both TMCs and Corporate Accounts is a must
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience within the travel industry and/or airline sales
  • Excellent command of the English & Japanese languages
  • Bachelor’s degree qualified or equivalent
