Job Description:

In this dynamic Marketing Manager role, you will leverage strong marketing strategy & planning, exemplary project and stakeholder management, communication, and social skills.

Your will derive success from understanding both Channels’ needs, and the broader priorities of the organization and how the two come together in our stores. You are comfortable providing detailed analysis, collaborating cross functionally and building comprehensive go-to-market strategies that will drive successful adoption of pricing and promotions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate the impact of pricing and promotions to continuously improve strategies and make recommendations on behalf of Channel
  • Advocate for Channel nuances to marketing stakeholders and gain alignment for Channel unique solutions within STIM and traditional campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales channels to develop 4P plan and propose business case and plan to marketing
  • Lead the go-to-market planning process, development and execution on mobility promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross functional team members and leadership teams to develop and maintain a consolidated roadmap with gating and outcomes
  • Prioritize and consolidate all marketing activities, understanding benefits and alignment with the overall strategy and the strategic imperatives
  • Drive continuous project enhancement and support through results and insights
  • Solve ambiguous problems and recommend actionable solutions that you’ll implement
  • Facilitate real-time cross functional triage to market aggression, assisting and delivering expedited competitive responses to stores

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • Prior experience leading go-to-market planning and execution
  • Project management experience
  • Solid understanding of channel marketing and/or pricing programs
  • Strong data analysis and assessment skills
  • Strategic thinking, planning, and prioritization competencies
  • Motivated and action-oriented drive, adaptable with a positive attitude
  • Ability to deliver highly visible projects, ensuring project timelines and deliverables
  • Solid presentation abilities and ability to craft a compelling narrative
  • Strong relationship and negotiation skills and the ability to obtain commitment from stakeholders
  • Ability to work and pivot in a fast paced multi-level environment
