Fogg N Suds is a high-volume, fast-paced environment looking to hire an experienced sous-chef. The successful candidate must have flexible availability including weekends.
- Must have FOOD SAFE, and basic food knowledge
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holiday
- You must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods.
- Have the ability to prioritize tasks & multi-task
Qualification & Experience:
- Have previous experience of at least 2-3 year in a high-volume restaurant
- Are passionate about food
