• Understanding of polymer science and synthesis chemistry.
• New beneficiation project evaluation and execution
• Pilot plant commissioning and / or process optimisation by implementing improvement ideas
• Experience of improving plant performance through systematic plant trials
• Work closely with plant in development and implementation
• Completion of R&D projects on time 7. Develop research collaboration in this area and help other researchers
