Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of reports and management of team case stats/time reports/allocation of cases
  • Preparation of court bundles for hearings and cost budgets for trials
  • Preparation of forecasting and provisioning reports key stakeholders + finance
  • Handling team IT/case management issues to resolution
  • Supporting all managers in the team with preparation for final hearings/booking counsel/agreeing counsel fees/arranging hearings/filing applications/evidence at Court online
  • Monthly management of team case invoices for experts/barristers/court fees/cheques/ Communicator Insurance payments
  • Management of team case allocation, reporting on team productivity + targets
  • Experience working within an administrative role
  • Creation of spend requests and payment of agency monthly invoices + panel firm invoices, counsel and expert fees
  • Preparation of case stats for billing/recoveries/alteration and CNS disputes

Job Requirements:

  • Experience of using P4W or comparable case management system
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
