Job Responsibilities:

  • digital transformation: owning the digital data strategy and digital communication
  • cross-functional working – play a key role in working cross-functionally with a whole host of stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the
  • successful implementation of our brand plans.
  • drive average spend per head – use the full suite of in-restaurant collateral to both enhance commercial performance (e.g. higher price mains,
  • drinks, desserts participation) and nurture the brand
  • marketing calendar: creating, managing, executing aspects of the communication plan ensuring it’s in line with our overall strategy
  • asset creation for chosen projects: everything from advertising to in-restaurant collateral
  • media plan for key initiatives: full year block plan, turned into detailed channel plans on a quarterly or initiative-by-initiative basis
  • budget ownership: full ownership of marketing budget management
  • brand our way to lfl growth – deliver a 12-month brand plan across paid and earned media that keeps the brand talkworthy and compels our guests to visit
  • grow our customer base – grow our penetration amongst non- and lapsed-diners by making the guest experience more welcoming, less intimidating
  • internal engagement: earning the trust and energy of the key internal stakeholders
  • be a key member of the marketing team that is equal parts creative and commercial, such that the function’s reputation within the organisation is one of effectiveness
  • own agency relationships

Job Requirements:

  • proven marketing experience within a similar role as a senior brand manager (either agency side or client side)
  • fmcg experience is highly beneficial
  • have strong brand communication experience across all channels
  • proven track record in marking things happen – delivering results quickly and efficiently
